The Marin Vacation Home encourages stays of 5+nights by offering its best rates for those times.
*Minimums & rates do drop when close to the date and special offers introduced- Inquire! :)

- $800 Refundable Security Deposit + $375 cleaning fee (one time), No Tax.
- Holding deposit for Reservation during Peak & Holiday bookings is 1/2 of the total rental nights reserved--
- Additional visits (after booking) to the home for extra
viewing can be arranged with an additional $50 fee, per hour visit.
- Early/Late Check-out: can be arranged with an additional
$50 fee extra/per hr- 3hrs max, but cannot be quaranteed until one week prior to check-in due
to possible other booking on same day.
- Early drop off of goods is not available due to liability (however, recommended is sending to Fed-Ex drop off near house: see FAQ page: http://www.marinvacation.com/faq).

- Receivers can redeem at their own choice time (Holidays not included).
This is a great present for your wife, husband, or family to get a chance to reconnect with friends and or loved ones. Perhaps the perfect venue to host a family recharge during or after the holidays - Fun!

- Please, No Weddings at the home due to extra cleaning, noise, and trash collected from such events; However, check on links at left for great venues and outdoor places to host such an event.

- Catered events must be pre-approved as well as Caterers entering home due to liability reasons.
- $50 fee applies for Caterers used outside the pre-approved (see following) list.
- (When not approved, much of the homes necessities disappears with the caterers!)

- Check-in: 3 pm on the arrival date
- Check-out: 11 am on the departure date.
- Early check-in and late check-out: may be possible by prior written arrangement. However, this cannot be confirmed until several days before arrival date due to last minute bookings, showings, and needed repairs. Thank you for understanding.
- An additional fee of $50./per hr for unapproved early or late check-in/outs (without approval). Please understand that home has scheduling cleanings, maintnance, and showings.
