Marin Retreat Vacation Home: Operating since 2005.

Note: The The Marin Retreat Vacation Home has been updated with fresh paint, sheets, mattresses, and furnishings for 2011/2012.

2011/2012 Rates : Summer, Winter, & Holiday seasons

The Marin Vacation Home encourages stays of 5+nights by offering its best rates for those times.

Winter Season 2012: 2 night minimum. (Sept - May, except holidays)

**$1,900 for 2 night Booking (975/nt)
**$2,550 for 3 nights for (850/nt)
**$3,000 for 4 nights for (750/nt)
**$675/night 5+nights.
**$8,750. 2+ week booking special ($650 /night)
-2 night minimum for all non-peak bookings-

* Friday/Satuday nights must be booked together. Thank you.

Summer Season 2012: Peak: (June, July, August)

- 4 night minimum for Weekends (includes Friday/Saturday nights) -

   **$4,500 for 6 nights (750/night) Includes Fri/Sat**
   **$4,250 for 5 nights   (850/night) Includes Fri/Sat**

Single / In-between Nights / 2012 * Allowed in-between bookings , last minute, and or if extra days in month:

$ 1,195.00 for 1nt. (only if one night possible)
- For Solo nights, the deposit is $975.00.

$ 975.00 for 2nts. (if take left over dates in-between bookings in summer.)
- For 2+nts, deposit is just $800.00

Holiday Rates - 2012

** Note: If booking doesn't require the actual holiday date, it may be possible to drop minimum; inquire.

Additional Fee Info:

$800 Refundable Security Deposit + $375 cleaning fee (one time), No Tax.

Holding deposit for Reservation during Peak & Holiday bookings is 1/2 of the total rental nights reserved--

Additional visits (after booking) to the home for extra
viewing can be arranged with an additional $50 fee, per hour visit.
Early drop off of goods is not available due to liability.

Early/Late Check-out: can be arranged with an additional
$50 fee extra/per hr- 3hrs max, but cannot be quaranteed until one week prior to check-in due
to possible other booking on same day.

Parties / Gatherings Note:

Small gatherings of 25 or less, permitted with special permission only. :)

Please, No Weddings at the home due to extra cleaning, noise, and trash collected from such events; However, check on links at left for great venues and outdoor places to host such an event.

Catered events must be pre-approved as well as Caterers entering home due to liability reasons.
- $50 fee applies for Caterers used outside the pre-approved (see following) list.

Check-in/out Times:

Check-in starts at 3 pm on the arrival date and Check-out must occur by 11 am on the departure date.

Early check-in and late check-out times may be possible by prior written arrangement, but can only be confirmed several days before the arrival date, since they are dependent on the schedules of others.
An additional fee of $50 apply, per hr.
