The house is situated on a hill overlooking the rest of the 1+ acreage. You enter through the private gate and past one of three level lawn areas till you reach the front door.

Main level: No steps. Main level consists of Front entrance Patio, lawn area, Gourmet Kitchen, Great Room, Formal Dining area, large Main Deck, & Main bathroom. Panoramic Views!  2 bedrooms total

• 2nd bedroom - Queen bed.

Upper level: 1 Bedroom total+Bonus Loft space:  Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, private deck, walk in closet, master bathroom.

Also, Seperate family "loft" area has 2 white leather futons, sheets provided upon request, and opens to main areas below. TV, games, and books provided.  Views!

• 3rd bedroom - Master bedroom - Queen bed.
• 7th room - Bonus Loft - very large- 2 white leather futons, full size.  Sleeps 4 total.

Lower level: 3 bedrooms total-  

• 4th bedroom with queen size bed
• 5th bedroom with queen size bed
• 6th bedroom has 2 full size beds- sleeps 4 total.
• Extra 2, single, fold-a-way beds provided to put where party pleases.

Decks Areas 3 seperate decks total. 1 large in Main Area with plenty of patio seating.  Another large deck branches off 3 lower level bedrooms.  The last deck is a balcony, with front garden stair access, off of Master Bedroom.  Views from all! 

Patio/Garden Areas  Great front Patio area that is sunny and bright. Large lawn.  Benches around.  Patio seating.  Gated and private. Spacious! Beautiful.

So,

6 bedrooms total + Loft area: sleeps 20

• 5 bedrooms have Queen beds. (sleeps 5 couples)
• 6th bedroom has 2 full size beds.  (sleeps 2 couples)
• Two (2) additional fold-a-way beds available at home. (sleeps 2 individually)
• 2 white leather Sofas in Loft, full size - can go flat, futon mode.  (sleeps 2 each)
• Plush bedding and white sheets decorate all beds!
• 3 Full Baths- one on each floor of 3 floors.  All updated and luxurious.

So, if only one person to a bed: the home sleeps 11 by:

• 5 bedrooms have Queen beds. (1 person to each queen bed= 5)
• 6th bedroom has 2 full size beds. (1 person to each full bed= 2)
• Two (2) additional fold-a-way beds available at home.(1 person to each=2)
• Loft area has 2 white leather Sofas  (1 to each futon = 2)

Home offers plenty of "break-a-way spaces" throughout, as well as panoramic valley Views that are perfect for group gatherings!

The Main Level  

**Living room

• Incredibly spacious. 3 large sofas and coffee table in middle of room. Extra square table with seating for 2 and another small round table with seating for 2.
• Incredible Panoramic Views.
• Deck accessibility thru huge sliders.
• Large main deck with ample patio seating for up to 10 on deck with tables.

**Dining room

• Adjoins to Great Room.
• Beautiful Panoramic Views.
• Table sleeves pull out to seat 12-14 comfortably.

**Gourmet Kitchen

• Built-in Monogram Refrigerator- 48" (very large!)
• Stainless Gas Range with large Oven. Wok attachment.
• Wine Fridge - 28 bottle capacity
• Large Center Island - granite. Seating for 2. Plenty of entertainment space.
• Eat-in Kitchen table. Large. Seats 6 officially. Has pull out sleeves for 2 more.
• Open feel - Gourmet Kitchen is open to Great Room, formal area, & Loft also.
• Deck access - directly serve to front patio or large deck from Kitchen!
• Incredible local Panoramic Views!

**Full bathroom

• Beautiful Moss Green/blue granite. White Cabinetry. Fresh towels!

**2 Bedrooms (both with Queen size beds)

• Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed. Views. No stairs to bedroom.

**Fantastic Deck off this Main Level! Loads of patio and bench seating.

Sit back with friends and enjoy Panoramic Views of Lucas Valley Ridge out to Napa Valley Mountains and end of San Francisco Bay from this large main deck. These awesome views are apparent from throughout the home, and especially from the main "Great Room", open "Gourmet Kitchen" area, and fun "loft" area!

Upper Level consists of:  Master Suite with private bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony entrance. 

Also, seperate "Loft" area that whole retreat can enjoy. Looks over Main areas on Main level.

**2 extra high quality Fold-a-way beds

• Fresh sheets and blankets provided for both.
• Place them in a room or in the extra loft for "privacy".

**Lawn 1: Entrance lawn/patio. Very Private and large. Spacious patio area at the base, by front door, has water feature and ample seating.

**Lawn 2: Small middle lawn with Hammock and views. Get to this lawn by 2 small pathways or lower level deck.

**Lawn 3: Large Lower Lawn area. Very Large. This area comes with gas BBQ and branches to many pathways around home and lower acraege of property.

Large Lower Level Deck: Great grand deck. Gorgeous local views of open space, out to Napa Valley and end of the bay. A wild plum tree dangles its fruits in the summer over this deck, offering its sun ripened treats!

**Upper Level balcony off Master Suite with own entrance: Small balcony deck, with own stair entrance from front lawn area. Beautiful Views of Terra Linda Open Space Ridge.
